Shipping/Collections

Parcels are all sent via royal mail and are sent on a tracked 48 hour service. This gives you the customer and me the reassurance that it will be delivered and tracked where it has been delivered to. Please note once items are dispatched it is out of my hands and we cannot control if royal mail has any delays. 
If you would like to upgrade to 24 hour please contact me and we can arrange for this to happen. Different orders will have different prices depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Orders will be shipped as soon as they have been created within the turnaround that are currently live. You will receive a dispatched email with your royal mail reference number on.
Your more then welcome to arrange collection if this is something you prefer and are local to me in Blackburn, Lancashire. Please email/message me to arrange this and I can give you a discount code to deduct shipping cost. Upon collection please bring your order email with you to confirm thank-you.

Returns

We are sure that you will love your purchase, but if you don't, we want to help fix that. If your item is faulty please contact us within 14 days to inform us with your problem. We will try our very best to help fix it. Please note, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for items that are NOT faulty as all orders are custom made to order or/and are personalised so please choose carefully. Our products are all handmade and one of a kind so there may be slight variations but we try our best to match as close as possible.

Handmade Products

​Please note that our products are hand made so there may be some slight variances in size. There may also be slight variances in colour depending on screen resolution and different colour batches.​ When placing an order all our products are made to order. Please note we do not accept cancellations as orders start to get made straight after ordering and materials are used.

Aftercare of your products

When receiving your products you will have the appropriate aftercare included in the parcel. How to clean and look after your product is important and helps to keep it looking fabulous. If you have any questions no matter how big or small please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
